 AWB Canada partnered with Bali International School (BIS) to design the visual identity and graphics package for the BIS Taman Bacaan (Indonesian for Reading Park'). The Taman Bacaan — the first community library in Bali — provides internet access and English lessons to the surrounding community, and offers books in both Indonesian and English.The purpose of the graphics package was two-fold: to publicize the opening of the Taman Bacaan, and to familiarize the public with the library's function. Designed items include a logo, library card, letterhead, flag, banners, signage, and an invitation. The library opened in early 2008.
Client: Bali International School Links: Identité graphique de BIS Taman Bacaan AWB Canada en partenariat avec l’École International de Bali (BIS) ont conçus l’identité visuelle et l’emballage graphique du BIS Taman Bacaan (projet Indonésien pour le « Parc de la lecture »). La Taman Bacaan est la première bibliothèque communautaire de Bali qui offre l’accès à internet, des leçons d’anglais à la communauté environnante et met à dispositions aux citoyens des livres en indonésien et en anglais. Le concept de l’emballage graphique avait deux objectifs : publiciser l’ouverture de Taman Bacaan et familiariser le public avec la fonction de bibliothèque. Les items graphique conçus incluent : le logo, la carte de bibliothèque, l’en-tête de lettre, le drapeau, la signalisation et une invitation.
